Wellness Check-in and Hours Update!

We have new hours through the summer at least!

* Monday     8:30 am - 5:30 pm (closed 12:00 - 2:00)

*Tuesday     7:30 am - 4:40 pm (closed 11:30 - 1:00)

* Wednesday     11:00 am - 7:00 pm (closed 1:30 - 3:00)

*Thursday     8:30 am - 5:30 pm (closed 12:00 - 2:00)

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

*Wear a mask while inside the office. Doc will not adjust you without it. We will have some homemade masks while supplies last.
*Do not bring any guests with you unless they are needed for assistance.
*Arrive at your appointment time. Not too early or too late.
*Please call and reschedule your appointment if:
 - you have been out of the country in the last 14 days.
 - have been exposed to someone with the virus.
 - you have symptoms of the virus; fever, cough, shortness of breath.
We want to ensure our patients that we are taking every precaution to keep everyone safe and healthy. We are limiting the number of patients in the office at the same time. A team member will be routing patients as they come in to get you in and out swiftly. We will be sanitizing after every patient. We continue to practice proper hand washing hygiene. Our team will be wearing protective masks while taking care of you.

If there is ever a time to focus on yourself and what you are putting in your body it is now. The way we nourish our body is important every day, but I feel a need to really kind of harp on it right now. YOUR CHOICES ARE EITHER HELPING YOUR BODY FIGHT DISEASE OR FEED IT.

Here are some things to do right now to boost immunity.
NUTRIENT rich diet!
AVOID processed foods, SUGAR, artificial sweeteners and high fructose corn syrup.

Manage your STRESS!
Stress depletes the body’s defenses. Try breathing exercises, meditation, prayer or whatever calms you.  There are many essential oils and supplements that can help manage this too. Call us if you need suggestions!

MOVE your body!
Get outside for 20 - 30 minutes a day and walk. Get some fresh air. There are also many stretches and exercise programs you can find on-line for FREE. 

HYDRATE!
Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per DAY. This is a MUST. Put down the soda and sweet tea and drink water.

Get proper SLEEP!
When you sleep your body does its work. It is essential to your immune system. Try to keep your same routine and strive for 7 to 8 hours per night.

There are times we need additional support due to a poor diet, high stress, a compromised immune system, OR a pandemic! 
There are vitamins and minerals our body needs to have a proper immune response; zinc, selenium, iron, copper, vitamin A, C, E and B-6 and Folic Acid.
